I am an experienced Counsellor/Psychotherapist working with individuals and couples face-to-face and online.

I have a BA (Hons) degree in Integrative-Relational Counselling from Middlesex University.

I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor / Psychotherapist and I abide by their ethical principles and guidelines which can be viewed on their website. www.bacp.co.uk

I work with a range of issues including:

- panic and anxiety
- depression and low mood
- grief, loss and bereavement
- relationship difficulties
- managing stress
- confidence and self esteem

I am a member of SCPI (the Surrey Counselling and Psychotherapy Initiative).
