During this time period where Coronavirus is affecting so many of us I have extended my business and can offer new clients face time, Skype and phone calls. This is a time of unprecedented disruption and iscausing a great level of fear and anxiety, this is completely understandable and manageable with help, if you need support with this please contact me.
Part of being human is that we all experience difficulties and challenges in our life. When life is hard it can feel really difficult to cope alone and we all need someone we can trust to talk to. We can experience difficulties in relationships, at work, feelings of panic, anger, loss, bereavement, depression, stress and anxiety.
I recognise that talking to someone new can often feel scary. I provide a safe and nurturing space where you can explore and express your feelings, concerns and worries. I will support and encourage you in a non-judgemental environment where you can work towards overcoming your difficulties.
My counselling approach allows me to build on theoretical elements from a range of counselling theories, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I look to provide the most appropriate approach to encourage you to overcome the difficulties you are facing.
I work with clients on a wide range of mental health issues big and small. If you think you could benefit from talking things through with an experienced professional, please contact me knowing it is in full confidence.
